Shimadzu enterprise management (China) Co., Ltd founded in August 11，1999，is the oversea sub company of Shimadzu production Institute.Shimadzu production Institute is a well-known manuf acturer in testing instruments, medical devices and industrial equipment. Since its establishment in 1875, it has always adhered to "making contributions to the society with science and technology", constantly studied the science and technology leading the times and meeting the social needs, and developed and produced products with high added value. And taking the dream of " work for the health of mankind and the earth" as the company's business ideal, continuous innovation, continuous challenges, , to contribute to the development of science and technology as always. Especially in 2002, Tanaka nongyi of Shimadzu production institute won the Nobel Prize for chemistry, which pioneered the company's researchers.

       Shimadzu has began to produce material testing products in 1917,has build the system  it has made considerable development after unremitting efforts , and formed a multi variety and multi model testing machine product system with electronic universal material testing machine, hydraulic universal testing machine, electro-hydraulic servo fatigue testing machine, spring testing machine, hardness tester, viscometer as the main body.
