First round notice on holding 2020 (14th) international automobile lightweight conference and Exhibition  

 ALCE2020 is hosted by China Society of Automotive Engineers (China-SAE) and China Auto Lightweight Technology Innovative Strategic Alliance (CALA) and jointly organized by Yangzhou Municipal People's Government and Jiangsu Association for Science and Technology. ALCE2020 will be held in the city of Yangzhou, China (Yangzhou International Exhibition Centre), from 21st September to 23rd September 2020.

2. Topics

The conference focuses on key technology of advanced lightweight materials, lightweight design, advanced joining technology, forming technology and equipment, etc. It invites domestic and foreign authoritative experts to share and exchange automotive lightweight industrial policies and technical routes, and jointly explore the latest and most cutting-edge at home and abroad technology.

3.  Main Activities

1.)Conference Communications

Apart from the General Meeting, the Sub-Forums and the Car Body Confrence, a series of comunication activities will be organized to meet the needs of local government, the industry and the enterprises. The details of the activities could be found in the appendices. 

2.)Lightweight Products Exhibition 

In ALCE 2020, the exhibition area as large as 15,000+ square meters will be arranged and mainly devided into regions with following themes: "National projects' fruits on auto lightweight during the 13th five-year plan", vehicle and the lightweight car body, lightweight materials, key automotive parts, advanced technology and equipment, policies of local governments, university achievements in CALA frame. Presumably that, 300+ enterprises and 25,000+ visitors will attend the conference. The plan of the exhibition area can be found in Appendix II.

Specialty: More than 200 professional and technical personnel communicate and discuss the technical problems and solutions encountered in the process of lightweight technology route, cutting-edged technology and industrialization;

Authoritative: More than 300 leaders of domestic and foreign government departments, academicians, experts of industry institutions and technical directors of enterprises engaged in lightweight technology development and management are invited to visit, guide and exchange;

Whole industrial chain: The participants include enterprises of whole vehicle, parts, material, mould and equipment, recycling, universities and scientific research institutes, etc.;

Various types: In addition to rich technical reports and product displays, activities such as new technology release、special technology exchange,、expert interviews、 technology and market docking and new product promotion will also be carried out;

Demand-led：More than 400 experts from more than 70 whole vehicle enterprises at home and abroad have "face-to-face" exchanges and demand docking with the participating enterprises.

Display area and products

1.Scientific and Technological Achievements Exhibition: the scientific and technological achievements exhibition of the project "research and application of common key technologies for structural lightweight of electric vehicles" supported by the Ministry of science and technology during the“13th five year plan” for new energy vehicles;

2.Alliance Colleges and Universities Exhibition: open up a special area to display new lightweight technologies and products for the colleges and universities within the lightweight alliance, and accelerate the promotion and transfer of technological achievements of colleges and universities;

3.Vehicle/ Car Body Exhibition:  maily display the vehicle, car body and other products of passenger vehicles and business

4.Advanced Material Exhibition: Cold / hot stamping,rolling,bulging and casting,forging and other automotive steel materials casting, forging, extrusion,cold / hot stamping high-performance aluminum alloy materials; advanced modified plastics,engineering plastics and (glass fiber, carbon fiber,  basalt, biologic based) reinforced composite materials; casting,stamping and other magnesium alloy materials；

5.Parts Exhibition: mainly for energy-saving and new energy vehicle chassis, power, body, interior and exterior auto parts, chassis: including knuckle, swing arm, subframe, frame, leaf spring, shock absorber, etc.; power system: engine, transmission, reducer, new energy power battery and its shell, motor, electric control, etc.; body of car : including A / B column reinforcement paltes, roof crossrails, etc Crossbeam, crossbeam, doorsill reinforcement board, front-end module, etc.; interior and exterior decoration: mainly including door panel, instrument panel framework, column guard board and other products; electronic devices；

Notes:
1) The Car Body Meeting includes the relevant conferences for both passenger & business vehicles on full day of 21/09 and the afternoon of 22/09.

2）The member of China SAE or CALA indicates those natural person member, the person affiliated with the legal entity member. So does the China Industry Technology Innocation Strategic Alliance For Electric Vehicle members. IMPORTANT: the discount will only be valid after the membership fee of 2019 is payed.

  3）The participant qualification of Car Body Meeting will be checked by the organizer after one's registration.

 

2.Tariff for Exhibitiors

Notes: 1）The Standard Booth is built in a unified way, with an area of 3m × 3m. It is basically equipped with three panels, one consultation table, two chairs, two spotlights, one       

               Chinese and English bilingual lintel, and one 220V power socket (limited to 500W ).

                   2）If one chooses "Space Only", it means only the area large as 9㎡ is provided, without any decoration, furniture or eletrical device.
